James T. Weaver has followed the lineage path of his father as he progressed from homebuilder to residential developer. Having spent over twenty years in the residential building market, Mr. Weaver is well aware of the needs and concerns of homebuilders and home-buyers alike. Mr. Weaver's experience in the developing industry began in 1998 with his first land purchase on Locust Lane in Madison. That one purchase began a career that has propelled Mr. Weaver to the pinnacle of residential development leadership.
